Assemble at Changi Airport at the designated time. Board a deluxe flight to Lhasa Gonggar International Airport, where you will be met by a professional tour guide upon arrival. Afterward, transfer to the hotel for a rest and acclimatization, preparing your body and energy for the upcoming journey!!!
After breakfast, set off to explore the iconic Potala Palace. Since the 7th century, the Potala Palace has served as the winter residence of successive Dalai Lamas and the political and religious center of Tibet. It houses tens of thousands of exquisite statues, unique thangka paintings, sacred scriptures, countless murals, stupas, ritual objects, and offerings. As a masterpiece of Tibetan wisdom and culture, it is the highest ancient palace-fortress complex in the world. Next, visit the Jokhang Temple, built in the 7th century. It is regarded as the spiritual heart of Tibetan Buddhism and the most sacred pilgrimage site for Tibetan Buddhists. Then, stroll along Barkhor Street, an ancient devotional path that circles the Jokhang Temple. It is one of the most vibrant and culturally rich areas in Lhasa, lined with traditional Tibetan shops and street vendors selling incense, handcrafted silver jewelry, thangkas, Tibetan robes, andmore. It is a perfect place to experience the rhythm of life in Lhasa and immerse yourself in authentic Tibetan culture .At night, admire the Potala Palace under the stars. Bathed in warm light, the palace appears even more majestic and solemn. The lotus-shaped fountain on Potala Palace Square symbolizes the bright and prosperous future of Tibet.

After breakfast, depart to visit Namtso Lake, one of the three sacred lakes of Tibet and a renowned holy site in Tibetan Buddhism. Known as the “Heavenly Lake,” it is the world's highest saltwater lake and the third largest saltwater lake in China, with a maximum depth exceeding 33 meters. Along the way, you can also enjoy breathtaking views of the main peak of the Nyenchen Tanglha Mountains, which rises to 7,717 meters above sea level. After breakfast, depart to visit the Yaowangshan Thousand-Buddha Cliff, a rare and well-preserved rock cave temple complex in the Lhasa region, located just opposite the Potala Palace. Next ,visit Yumbu Lhakhang ,the first palace in Tibetan history and one of the earliest architectural structures in Tibet, towering atop the Zaxi Cieri Mountain on the east bank of the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Then, explore Samye Monastery, the first monastery in Tibetan Buddhist history to encompass the “Three Jewels" of Buddhism-Buddha, Dharma ,and Sangha-and acclaimed as a masterpiece of architectural design .Finally, visit the Tibetan Medicine Culture Museum to learn about the mysterious and ancient traditions of Tibetan medicine and pharmacology.

After breakfast, depart to visit Yamdrok Lake, one of Tibet's three sacred lakes. Its waters are as clear and pure as yak butter and are sweet enough to drink Next, take a close view of the Kanola Glacier, a pristine white glacier hanging like a giant thangka painting on the mountain cliff, shimmering brilliantly under the sunlight. Then, visit Baiju Monastery ( Palkhor Chode Monastery), which integrates the three major schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Afterward, enjoy a distant view of the Zongshan Anti-British Fortress Ruins, a historic site of Tibetan resistance .Finally ,drive to Shigatse , known as the "Pearl of Southern Tibet.”

早餐后，前往游览【布达拉宫]自公元七世纪以来，布达拉宫一直是历代达达赖喇嘛驻锡地和西藏政教权力的中心。它分为红宫和白宫两部份，红宫主体建筑是灵塔和各类佛堂，也是举行佛事活动的场所;白宫是历代达赖喇嘛起居、诵经及处理行政事务的场所。他珍藏有数以万计精美雕塑和独特的唐卡画;各类典籍和无数壁画;难以记数的佛塔、法器、供品。它是藏族人民智慧、文化的结晶，是当今世界上海拔最高的古代宫堡式建筑群。参观【大昭寺]建于七世纪，是西藏的佛教中心和藏传佛教信徒心中的圣地。文成公主进藏时一起运来的释迦牟尼十二岁等身像也被供奉于此。每年都有成百上千的佛教徒从千里之外的家乡三步一叩首地走到拉萨来朝拜释迦牟尼，祈求降福。寺庙金顶处是观赏布达拉宫远景的最佳位置之一。参观【八角街]是围绕大昭寺的一条古老转经道，也是拉萨最具藏地风情的街区之一。街边聚集大量藏式小店、地摊，售卖藏香、手工银饰、唐卡、藏袍等，是感受拉萨生活节奏与藏族文化的绝佳场所。【夜观布达拉宫]雄伟的布达拉宫在夜幕下越显神圣与庄严，布达拉宫广场的莲花喷泉向人们预示着西藏美好灿烂的明天。

早餐后，前往游览【纳木措]是西藏三大神湖之一，也是藏传佛教的著名圣地，意为天湖。是世界上海拔最高的咸水湖，也是中国的第三大咸水湖，湖水最深处超过33米。纳木错湖水靠念青唐古拉山的冰雪融化后补给，沿湖有不少大小溪流注入，湖水清澈透明，湖面呈深蓝色，水天相融，浑然一体。每个到过这里的人整个灵魂都仿佛被纯净的湖水洗涤。湖畔遥望，水天一色、碧空蓝湖浑然一体，连绵不断的念青唐古拉雪山，一望无垠的藏北草原。沿途还可眺望海拔7717米的念青唐古拉山脉主峰。返回拉萨，参观【唐卡文化交流中心]唐卡是藏族文化中独具特色的艺术形式。至今已有1000多年的历史，表现内容丰富，号称西藏百科全书，并展示其他藏族手工艺饰品。

游览药王山千佛崖/雍布拉康/桑耶寺:早餐后，前往游览【药王山千佛 崖]经过一千年的风风雨雨，中间几经兴衰，这座拉萨地区罕见的石窟寺庙至今仍 然保存完好，与布达拉宫咫尺相对。参观【雍布拉康]是西藏历史上第一座宫殿， 也是西藏最早的建筑之一，高耸于雅砻河东岸扎西次日山顶。主要供奉释迦牟尼佛 像。宫殿内的壁画上生动地描绘了西藏的第一位国王，第一座建筑，第一块耕地的 历史故事。参观[桑耶寺]已有1000多年的历史了，位于山南地区扎囊县哈不日神 山脚下，是西藏首座剃度僧人出家的寺院，也是藏传佛教史上首座“佛、法、僧”俱全的寺院，被称为“建筑史上的佳作”。寺庙建筑按佛教的宇宙观进行布局，大殿兼具藏族、汉族、印度三种风格，因此桑耶寺也被称作三样寺。后参访[藏医药文化博览中心]了解神秘的藏医和藏药文化，传统藏医药文化历史悠久，博大精深。

早餐后，前往游览[羊卓雍措]世界上最高的淡水湖、有天上圣湖之美誉的羊卓雍措(湖面海拔4441米，湖岸线长达250千米，面积638平方千米)。藏语为“碧玉湖”，是西藏三大圣湖之一，湖水如羊脂般清澈，湖水甘甜，可以饮用。近观【卡诺拉冰川]洁白的冰川如一副巨型唐卡挂在山壁上，在阳光的照耀下熠熠生辉。参观【十万佛塔白居寺]集西藏藏传佛教三大教派于一体，以精美绝伦的壁画和雕刻而著称。后远观【宗山抗英古堡遗址]后驱车到达后藏明珠---日喀则。

游览扎什伦布寺:早餐后，前往游览【扎什伦布寺]该寺修建于1447年，是历代班禅喇嘛的驻锡寺庙是黄教六大寺之一、历代班禅额尔德尼驻锡地，远眺整个寺院依山坡而筑，背附高山，殿宇毗连，群楼叠嶂，金顶红墙的主建筑群雄伟、浑厚、壮观、金碧辉煌。寺内供奉有高26米世界上最大的室内铜像---强巴佛。返回拉萨途中也许您有幸能看到佛教徒三步一拜磕着长头虔诚地匍匐在雪域高原，用血肉之躯丈量朝圣之路，向着心中的圣地艰难地跋涉。
