After breakfast,visit Yulong Snow Mountain:National 5A level scenic spot, Yunnan Provincial Nature Reserve, the southernmost snow mountain in the northern hemisphere. The same day stroll around Shuhe ancient town and taste local specialties and snacks.

早餐后，游览【大理古城&洋人街】居于苍山之下，洱海之滨。小街两旁挤满了一家家洋味十足却不乏原始古朴的小酒吧、小餐馆，就这样，一条背静的小街。古城古朴而典雅，洋人街热闹而浪漫，两种景致相互交融，相得益彰。古城增添了火热的色彩，是古城一幅多姿多彩的风情画。洋人街原名"护国路"，意为民国初云南人民反对袁世凯称帝，起兵护国而得名，随着旅游业的发展，游客日渐增多，外宾云集，休闲游览、品尝名食、热闹祥和。满目琳琅，目不暇接，成为中外有名的大理洋人街。【洱海生态廊道】连接自然古朴的村庄，通达碧波荡漾的洱海，这个“湖滨呼吸道”就是洱海生态廊道。

早餐后，乘车前往【沙溪古镇】电视剧“去有风的地方”取景地：古戏台；寺登街；玉津桥。接着游览【丽江古城】，是国家级历史文化城，已列入『世界文化遗产名录』。得天独厚的地理位置使得人们不论身处于城内何处，抬头入眼便是巍峨而圣洁的玉龙雪山。古城以四方街为中心，城内巷弄四通八达，街旁店铺鳞次栉比。纳西族独特的文化给丽江古城带来了与众不同的欣赏价值，建筑、饮食和手工艺品等都让游人流连忘返。游览【四方街】位于丽江古城中心，交通四通八达，周围小巷通幽，据说是明代木氏土司按其印玺形状而建。这里是茶马古道上最重要的枢纽站。明清以来各方商贾云集，各民族文化在这里交汇生息，是丽江经济文化交流的中心。游览【黑龙潭公园】位于丽江古城北象山脚下，从丽江古城四方街沿经纬纵横的玉河溯流而上，约行一公里有一处晶莹清澈的泉潭，即为中外闻名的黑龙潭。

早餐后，前往【玉龙雪山景区】国家5A 级景区，云南省级自然保护区，北半球最南的大雪山。【甘海子】位于玉龙雪山东麓，原为高山冰蚀湖泊，后因雪线上升，积水减少以至干涸，人称“干海子”，是一个三面环山的高原草甸。【白水河】从干海子到云杉坪之间，有一条山谷，谷内林木森森，清溪长流，谷底清泉长流的河，叫白水河。因河床、台地都由白色大理石、石炭石碎块组成，呈一片灰白色；清泉从石上流过，亦呈白色。【蓝月谷】玉龙雪山冰雪融化成河水从雪山东麓的一条山谷而过，因月亮在蓝天的映衬下倒影在蓝色的湖水中，又因英国作家希尔顿笔下的《消失的地平线》中的蓝月亮山谷近似于此。之后前往【束河古镇】自由逛逛，晚餐自理，可品尝当地特色美食小吃。

早餐后，驱车前往【虎跳峡】位于云南省迪庆藏族自治州香格里拉市虎跳峡镇，分为上虎跳、中虎跳、下虎跳三段，是中国最深的峡谷之一，受两岸高山的紧紧束缚，江流入峡后宽仅50多米，最窄处虎豹一跃即过，故名虎跳峡。再前往【独克宗古城】-独克宗是藏语发音，意为“月光城”“建在石头上的城堡”，为唐代吐蕃王朝所建。继续游览【龟山公园】，建于康熙年间，此园依山而建，山顶是朝阳楼，高三层，登上楼顶,日月城尽收眼底。这里也有着世界最大的转经筒。整个转经筒大约有5层楼那么高，筒身为纯铜镀金。之后前往【藏民家访】了解当地的人文风情。

早餐后，游览【纳帕海】云南纳帕海省级自然保护区由于海拔高差明显，形成了丰富多样的植被类型。虽然云南纳帕海省级自然保护区处于山地环境，海拔在3200米以上，不利于水生植被的全面发展，但水生植物群落类型及其区系组成却比长江中下游湖泊湿地丰富。【小中甸花海】沿途欣赏季节性花海，感受来自香格里拉这片土地的自然气息。【理想邦-圣托里尼】这里的建筑高低错落有致，站在最低处往上看，阶梯蜿蜒向上，白色的建筑与天空交相辉映，好像通往天界的天梯，欧式的建筑风格让人一眼就进入了异国他乡。感受到苍山洱海的不同视角，湛蓝的天空，洁白的白云映入眼帘。

早餐后，驱车前往昆明，抵达后游览【南屏步行街】是昆明历史上的老街区，其中南屏街是昆明旧时的金融、商业和娱乐中心，维持城市中心区的吸引力，设立步行街，鼓励商业、文化和娱乐发展。【东西寺塔】—东连书林街东寺塔、西接东寺街西寺塔的步行街，整条街路面由条石铺成。沿着东寺街一直走就能看到东、西寺塔。【金马碧鸡】具有昆明民俗特色，雕梁画栋，精美绝伦，东坊临金马山而名为金马坊，西坊靠壁鸡山而名为 碧鸡坊。成为昆明闹市胜景，显示了昆明古老的文明。后前往【南强小吃街】自由逛街，晚餐自理，可自由品尝当地特色美食小吃。
